Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson. This includes leaving messages or emails.
No-shows or failure to notify the school/teacher within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.
Full tuition must be paid if you decide to take a month or more off to hold the time slot. (It's not mandatory). Otherwise, lessons may have to be rescheduled or put on the waiting list once you return.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition covers the actual lesson time with you/your child and preparing for lessons.
Tuition is charged divided into 12 equal monthly payments and is non-refundable.
The costs for music materials are NOT included in the tuition.
The new student registration fee is $40. The registration fee for each additional family member is $20.
Payments
Payments can be made via Check, Cash, Zelle (sarangpianoga@gmail.com), Venmo(@eyoung20) and PayPal (sarangpianoga@gmail.com), and also Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
The preferred payment methods are Zelle and Venmo. Credit Cards and PayPal will be charged 4% of tuition.
Checks should be made out to Sarang Piano Studio LLC.
Payment needs to be made monthly for lessons (due on or before the 1st of each month). After the 1st of each month, a $20 of late fee will be added.
If failed to make a monthly tuition payment within a week from the due date, all scheduled lessons will be canceled.
